Hi, I’m Dr. Rae Dahn! I am the Founder and CEO of Legacy Pregnancy Consulting. I provide individualized support and education for preconception, pregnancy, birth, breastfeeding and hormone education which fully prepares you so that you can live worry free as you grow your family.

What Legacy does:
Dr. Rae has her Ph.D. in Endocrinology and Reproductive Physiology as well as a Master Health and Wellness Certification in fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and family life stages. Dr. Rae provides virtual, one-on-one, and custom fertility, hormone and pregnancy education and support to couples. This allows them to have a prepared and confident journey so they can have peace of mind as they grow their families.
As someone who needed individualized healthcare and support for many years, Dr. Rae created her Legacy Support System to provide the knowledge and assistance she wished she’d had from the beginning of her journey.

How Legacy works:
Our one-on-one sessions are a virtual experience paired with a course suite that allows you to learn at your own pace!
You can meet with Dr. Rae in the comfort of your jammies at home with your favorite candle/ essential oils, or in your favorite coffee shop.
Your first session with Dr. Rae is always completely free!
This will allow you to get to know one another and make sure Legacy is the perfect fit for you.
